Alynn Berry's Profile

Born and raised in Osterville, Alynn attended Barnstable High School and then Regis College, in Weston, where she graduated with a major in Communications with a concentration in Graphic Design in 2000. 

Previously, Alynn was employed by her family’s real estate business. She started as an assistant and was a driving force in the company expansion to its own team and office in Centerville. Her team started as two and grew up to 8, which Alynn guided throughout the years.

From assistant, to team leader, and then managing summer rentals while doing sales, all the while focusing on what she loved most… marketing. Alynn was in charge of all the print and online advertising, photography and web design. Her dedication was an integral force in her company’s success!

During Covid, Alynn took a step back from the office atmosphere, and focused less on real estate so she could be home with her two children and online school them through the pandemic. Alynn resides in Barnstable Village with her husband and two boys and is truly a team player and dedicated worker with a passion to help others. She loves photography, the beach, hiking and gardening in her free time. Her nearly 25 years of real estate experience and love of the Cape shines though in her work and personal life. She loves to help others enjoy and experience all Cape Cod has to offer.
